聚丙烯腈銨鹽 NH4-HPAN

　它由聚丙烯腈纖維在高溫下(180℃)水解制得。商業產品為褐色粉末，用做水基鉆井液，特別是聚合物鉆井液的降濾失劑。加入鉆井液后，在降濾失的同時，還可獲得降粘和頁巖抑制效應。其抗溫能力為150～180℃,并可有效用于最高含鹽5%的鉆井液，它在淡水鉆井液中的通常加量為0.3%～0.8%.在鹽水鉆井液中的加量1%～2%.

NH4HPAN is a product resulted from full hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile fibers athigh temperature(above 180℃).The commercial product is a brown black powder. NH4HPAN is used as a thinner in water base drilling fluid .When an amount of NH4PAN is added into the fluid system, a thinning and shale inhibition effect may also be obtained simultaneously with the FL reduction effect.

Recommended dosage is in the range of 0.3~0.8% for fresh water system and 1%～2%. for salt water system.
